Through her career Cathy has held various positions and designations, including:

* Project Manager, Systems Architect, Database Engineer, Transaction Management Technician, Systems Programmer, Application Programmer and Systems trainer. These positions have touched on all aspects of ITIL processes in both formal and informal methods.

* Currently Process Owner and Consultant for implementation of Enterprise Release Management, along with an enterprise wide education & training focus for IT Service Management, ITIL, Allstate process and tool needs.
